The Team

Raymond W. Bligh, CAIA, CFP®

Ray received his B.A. from Colby College and an MBA from Columbia University. He was formerly a Director and Senior Vice President at U.S. Trust/Bank of America in the Private Bank and the Alternative Investment Group. Prior to joining BofA, Ray worked for JP Morgan Chase and American Express in New York City. He is a member of the Boston Security Analysts Society, the CFA Institute, and the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst Association (CAIA). Ray is a former Trustee of the Colgate Rochester Crozer Divinity School in Rochester, New York.

Christine A. Varriale

Christine received her B.S. in Managerial Economics from Bentley University. She’s passionate about behavioral economics and how economic theory affects our everyday choices. Outside of her work with Bounty Management, Christine is involved in the Boston music community, runs a local music blog, and she fosters dogs through Last Hope K9 Rescue.

Pamela A. Varriale

Pam received her B.S. from Boston University. Pam was formerly with Putnam Investments. Pam has a deep knowledge of the investment markets with thirty years of experience. She is a member of the Boston Security Analysts Society and the CFA Institute. She is a Director and serves as Treasurer. Pam is an active member of the Medway Animal Shelter and her interests include horses and caring for her pets.

Barbara B. Leonaggeo

Barbara received her B.A. from Mount Holyoke College and an MBA from Farleigh Dickinson University in Madison, NJ. Barbara has extensive HR experience in large corporations (AT&T and Lucent Technologies) as well as in nonprofit organizations such as New York University, University Hospital in NJ and Fairleigh Dickinson University. Barbara is a member of the WorldatWork HR organization. She also is a member of the Women's Association Morristown, NJ Medical Center. She is a Director and serves as Clerk. Barbara enjoys swimming, nature walks and yoga.
